Class Summary

ProteinDecorator	Decorator which should be used by the display:table tag in order to display properly accession numbers with their description.
SimilarityDecorator	Decorator which should be used by the display:table tag in order to display properly accession numbers, with their percentage identity with our query and the coordinates with the matched fragment.
SimilarityResultBean	Bean to display a result object from the aligment.
SrsResultBean	Bean to display a result object from srs.
