Creates a valid CvComponentRole instance. Requires at least a shortLabel and an owner to be specified.

Parameters:

shortLabel - The memorable label to identify this CvComponentRole

owner - The Institution which owns this CvComponentRole

Throws:

java.lang.NullPointerException - thrown if either parameters are not specified
